assessment

$50, ($25) of which will be credited towards your first month payment for  your training plan

This is where I get to know you as an athlete but also a person who has many other competing priorities - work, family obligations, a social life and a busy schedule!

In this 30-45 minute session we will work together to:

  • Set short and long term goals - is it to start running for the first time or get back to it after a period of time off? Do you want to run your first 5k, half or full marathon? Are you looking to reach a certain time goal, whether that is a sub 5 hour marathon or a Boston Qualifier?
  • Discuss how much time you are able to commit on a daily or weekly basis. I hope to help you find pockets of time that you can utilize for you and your goals 
  • Talk about cross training, strength training and the other activities that you enjoy doing or want to start doing to maximize your time and progress towards your long and short term goals. 
  • Review basic nutrition, hydration, shoes, watches and other tools that will help you along the way.

road race training packages

It's road race season again! These packages are for everyone from brand new runners to those looking to PR or take on a new distance. Need help choosing a race? I can do that, too!


Pricing:

5k Plan: $75, 4-6 weeks depending on running experience (including first time runners!)

10k Plan: $100, 6 weeks

Falmouth 2024: $150, 8 weeks


These packages include:
Assessment: Set distance and pace goals; discuss cross training, injury prevention and nutrition

Individualized training plan: Based on your race date and personal schedule

One coached/paced in-person run: Additional in-person available at regular rate

New or Returning Runner Package

No commitment, $150 per month

This package is great for those who are new to running or coming back after a hiatus/injury. From a couch to 5k or getting back into racing shape, I will work with your individual needs to help you meet your goal. 

Package includes: 

  • Weekly coaching: Unlimited support via text, email, phone or FaceTime.
  • A weekly training plan individualized to fit your specific goals and incorporate the non-running activities that you like and will best benefit your training. 
  • For races, an individualized training plan for your goal (5k, 10k, half or full marathon).
  • Tips for recovery, nutrition, injury prevention and what to wear in weather conditions.

Marathon Training Package

3 month commitment, $175 per month

This package is for runners of all abilities, whether you are looking to run your first or fifteenth marathon. I will help you train for whatever goals you have, whether a time goal or just getting through injury free and enjoying the route.

This package include:

  • Weekly coaching: Unlimited support via text, email, phone or FaceTime.
  • Monthly Training Plan: Individualized to fit your specific goals and incorporate the non-running activities that you like and will best benefit your training.
  • Tips for recovery, nutrition, injury prevention and what to wear in weather conditions.
  • One in-person coached run per month for up to one hour ($50 per additional run per hour).

Coached Track Workout

$50 per week for up to an hour

This package is for runners who are looking to work on their speed, regardless of what that pace is! We will work together at the track and I will guide you through a weekly workout that includes a warm up, dynamic stretching, cool down and recovery tips.

This package include:

  • Weekly coaching: Unlimited support via text, email, phone or FaceTime.
  • Tips for recovery, nutrition, injury prevention and what to wear in weather conditions.

Pacing/Run Buddy:

$50 an hour up to 4 hours per run

For runners who just want the motivation or company to get out the door or for runners looking to hit pace goals while staying focused and comfortable. I will stay with you through your run, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while keeping you motivated and in a good head space.
